The Scoring Zone

Loosely scatter a number of reds around the pink and black spots, ensuring that the black is potable into both top pockets.

Proceed to pot a colour with each red, but concentrate for position on the pink and black. Try to avoid going up for the blue or the baulk colours and if you wish, remove these from the table before beginning the exercise.

Improved ability in the scoring zone will result in bigger breaks and improved results in matches.

You will derive greater enjoyment from your game, knowing that when a chance was presented you had the ability to score heavily around the bottom end of the table.
