We endeavour to dispatch all products within fourteen working days.

On receipt of your paymnet and order you will receive an email confirming price and availability details, plus the anticapated delivery date. Should an item within your order be unavailable, then an immediate refund will be offered.

Should your order be for personalised products or include items from the Frank Callan Specialist range of snooker cues, then please allow up to two weeks for manufacture and three weeks for delivery. These products are hand crafted and made to order only.

All prices are in pounds sterling and are exclusive of Value Added Tax.

For Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands and any other destination requiring sea or air freight we will advise the cost of delivery prior to despatch.

All sizes and measurements in the catalogue are approximate and are within the manufacturers quoted tolerances.

Missing, damaged or unsuitable items must be reported to the fcsnooker team within three working days of receipt. Products must be returned in full to fcsnooker and must be in the same condition as when despatched to qualify for a full refund.

Please note that no item will be accepted for credit or replacement without prior authorisation.
